10. REFUND POLICY
Credit Reports, Income Verifications, Asset Verifications, Other Verifications, & Property Reports
Fees paid for Credit Reports, Income Verifications, Asset Verifications, Other Verifications, & Property Reports are not refundable under any conditions.
Fees paid for appraisal services will not be subject to refund at any time after we have ordered or obtained the services for which such fees are being collected.
The estimated fees which we will charge will be as shown on the good faith estimate which is provided to you at the time of application or which we will provide you within three (3) days in accordance with the requirements of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and its implementing regulations.
All fees for loan registrations are nonrefundable and payable in advance. In the event of an overpayment, a refund request would need to be reviewed and approved by the Banking Department.
