What we collect on this site
- Early-access form: name, company, work email, company NMLS and loan volume, only if you submit it.
- Basic server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) used to run and secure the site. [Retention period to confirm.]
- The sample lender site's "See your company" preview runs in your browser. Nothing you enter there, including a logo, is sent to us.
How we use it

Lender and borrower data in DirectWare
Data that lenders and their borrowers enter into DirectWare is governed by each lender's agreement with us and by applicable law, including [GLBA and state privacy laws to confirm with counsel].
